Requirements include a valid Square account with access to the online Square Dashboard. The app is optimized for use by Square employees. To print reports, a Star Micronics Ethernet or Bluetooth printer is necessary; however, report viewing can be conducted without a printer.

Subscription options include Pro Monthly (one-month duration) or Pro Yearly (one-year duration). Subscriptions are billed to the iTunes Store Account upon confirmation and can be canceled via the iTunes Store Account Settings. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. Billing occurs within 24 hours before each renewal. Subscription management and auto-renewal control are accessible through the iTunes Store. Any unused trial periods will be forfeited upon subscribing.
